- Due to the high volume of orders over Blaq Friday, please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

- All items purchased in the Blaq Friday sale are only valid for an exchange or store credit. No refunds are made on Blaq Friday items.

- Products discounted at 60% off and over are considered a final sale item. These items cannot be returned.

CONDITIONS

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to amend it. Please ensure your chosen size and address are correct.

Clique will happily process a store credit for online purchases of full priced items. 

Gift Cards can not be refunded.

We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act regarding faulty garments.

We recommend returns are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Clique does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. 

Items must be returned within 10 days of the goods being received by the purchaser. Requests outside of this time cannot be approved for refund or credit. 

Clique has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error. 

Please note: If you have returned an item for a refund, and your purchase contained a CarbonClick donation, your donation will not be refunded along with the rest of your order. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale and discounted items are valid for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.

Please note, items in the CLQ outlet are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additionally, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during Sale or Promotional Periods.

The Clique Fitness online store is a secure site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure data transmission over the internet.

We encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.

Our secure server software uses DPS's SSL encryption method to do this. It is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure online commerce transactions.

CLIQUE charges your puchase in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The price displayed on our website may be in your local currency using Shopify's currency converter. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because CLIQUE is based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. 
Some third party merchants such as Paypal offer the customer to shop in their local currency.

Free Bag With Any Two Pairs of Tights Promotion 

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

   • This promotion is open to all customers purchasing through the official Clique Fitness website, www.cliquefitness.com.

   • To qualify, customers must purchase any two pairs of full-priced or promotional tights in a single transaction during the promotional period. 

   • The customer must add the gym bag to their cart in order to receive it for free in their order.
     
     

2. Promotional Period

   • The promotion is valid from 9 September until 16 September, or while stocks of the free gym bag last.

   • Clique Fitness reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock of the free gym bag is exhausted.

3. Offer Details

   • Customers who purchase two pairs of tights in one order will receive one (1) free Clique Fitness gym bag valued at RRP $99. 

   • The free bag will automatically be marked free to qualifying orders at checkout (no discount code required).

   • Limit of one free bag per qualifying order, regardless of the number of tights purchased.

4. Exclusions

   • This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes unless otherwise specified.

   • Gift card purchases do not count towards the qualifying spend.

5. Returns & Exchanges

   • If you return part of your order and it results in fewer than two pairs of tights being kept, the free gym bag must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

   • If the free gym bag is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from any refund owed.

   • Standard returns and exchanges policies apply as set out on www.cliquefitness.com.

6. Stock Availability

   • Free gym bags are available in limited quantities and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

   • No rain checks or substitutions are available once the free gift allocation has been exhausted.

7. General

   • This promotion is run by Clique Fitness Limited, New Zealand.

   • All promotional materials relating to this offer form part of these Terms & Conditions.
