Create an account with CLQ Rewards and then place your order. $1 spent = 5 CLQ Rewards points. Make sure you always log in to your account with the same email address every time you order, as we are unable to combine points from multiple accounts.

Make sure you are logged into your account. In the CLQ rewards pop up you are able to convert accumulated points into voucher codes that you can redeem at check out.

CLQ Rewards points on your account will expire 12 months after earning.

Yes- you can redeem your CLQ points at the CLQ Studio. However, you will need to log in to your account and convert your points into a voucher code prior to purchase. We can help you through this process in store if you need.

There is no limit to the amount of referrals you can make to friends, as long as they do not already hold an account with CLQ Rewards or the CLQ Website.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to combine points from two or more accounts.

Unfortunately, we are not able to transfer points between accounts, so make sure you convert your points into a voucher before you move to your new account!

Unfortunately we aren't able to transfer your points to someone else :( You can give a friend a referral code for a discount on their first purchase however!

If you return your entire order for a refund, you will recieve your points or a voucher for the value of your points back. If you return part of your order, you will not recieve points back.

To move up each tier you will need to meet the minimum spend for that tier. To keep your status in each tier you will need to re-spend above this amount within the 12 month period from when you entered that tier. If you do not spend the threshold within the 12 month period you will be downgraded 1 tier.

TIER SPENDS:

CORE: No Spend
CHALLENGER: Spend $500
ELITE: Spend $1200

To be eligible for earning and redeeming points you need to create a CLQ Rewards account at www.cliquefitness.com. If you do not have a CLQ rewards account at time of purchase you will not be eligible to redeem any points.

How to earn CLQ Rewards Points:
For every NZD$1 you spend, you will receive 5 CLQ Rewards points. 100 CLQ Rewards points is equal to NZ$5 on redemption.

CLQ Rewards Points expiry
CLQ Rewards points have a 12 month validity. After 12 months, if not redeemed, your CLQ Rewards points will expire.

CLQ Rewards Tier status eligibility & expiry

CORE
To enter Core all you need to do is sign up to CLQ Rewards.

CHALLENGER
To enter into the Challenger tier, you must spend NZD$500 or over within a 12 month period. Once you have upgraded to Challenger you will have access to the perks for this level. Perks may change at the discretion of CLQ Fitness. To maintain this tier you must also spend an additional NZD$500 within the 12 months following entering the Challenger tier. If you do not spend the tier threshold within the 12 month period your tier will be downgraded to CORE.

ELITE
To enter into the Elite tier, you must spend NZD$1200 or over within a 12 month period. Once you have upgraded to Elite you will have access to the perks for this level. Perks may change at the discretion of CLQ Fitness. To maintain this tier you must also spend an additional NZD$1200 within the 12 months following entering the Elite tier. If you do not spend the tier threshold within the 12 month period your tier will be downgraded to Challenger.

Tier Entry rewards
Will be valid for 30 days from issue.

Tier Event invitations and gifts
Tier event invitations will require RSVP and be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Tier gifting (such as Elite annual VIP gift) will be gifted at a time and date chosen by CLQ Fitness and sent to your account shipping address. Please ensure that this shipping address is up to date as we are unable to recall or re-send out gifts.

CLQ Rewards Refer a Friend
When you use CLQ Rewards to refer a friend, the unique refer a friend link will will recieve the current advertised discount on their first purchase over NZD$100, this will not be valid on any other offer or on sales products. Your friend must be a new customer to Cliquefitness.com and not be signed up to our marketing emails. Once your referred friend makes a valid purchase you will receive the current advertised discount to your CLQ Rewards account.
