WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BLAQ FRIDAY
- Due to the high volume of orders over Blaq Friday, please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
- All items purchased in the Blaq Friday sale are only valid for an exchange or store credit. No refunds are made on Blaq Friday items.
- Products discounted at 60% off and over are considered a final sale item. These items cannot be returned.
Once an order has been placed, we're unable to amend it. Please ensure your chosen size and address are correct.
Clique will happily process a store credit for online purchases of full priced items.
Gift Cards can not be refunded.
We will fulfil our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act regarding faulty garments.
We recommend returns are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as Clique does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage.
Items must be returned within 10 days of the goods being received by the purchaser. Requests outside of this time cannot be approved for refund or credit. For instructions for returning merchandise, please see our returns page.
Clique has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error.
Please note: If you have returned an item for a refund, and your purchase contained a CarbonClick donation, your donation will not be refunded along with the rest of your order.
Sale and discounted items are valid for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.
Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale and cannot be returned.
We do not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during Sale or Promotional Periods.

CLIQUE charges your puchase in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). The price displayed on our website may be in your local currency using Shopify's currency converter. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because CLIQUE is based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
Some third party merchants such as Paypal offer the customer to shop in their local currency.
